- I am repeatedly using it.
- We were able to extract DNA in a short time and get results efficiently.
- It was simple and easy and it saved time.
- We can perform genotyping efficiently because we can extract DNA easily and stably.
- We feel your product is excellent: it purifies DNA simply and easily at low cost. There was little variation in the amount of roughly purified DNA. We would like to continue to use it.
- Unfortunately, compared with the method we currently use, the kit did not produce a significant improvement in the result.

- We were able to extract DNA from some mice but not from others. We found it a little inconvenient. It will be helpful if there is information on whether you can incubate for more than eight minutes or how long you can continue before it fails.
3)Result:It seems DNA was extracted but genotyping was not successful.

- Compared with DNA obtained using Proteinase K or phenol extraction, those by this kit resulted in faint or no bands in PCR after genotyping. We cannot use this kit for our mice.

- We used the extracted DNA samples for a digital PCR demonstration. It was very simple and easy, and we were able to detect what we aimed to.

As the extraction steps were very simple, we were able to minimize the variation in DNA recovery rate between samples. Considering the simplicity of the procedure, the DNA recovery rates are surprisingly high.

- Genomic DNA usable as a PCR template was extracted easily. In alkaline lysis (50 mM NaOH) we usually use, usable types of PCR enzymes are limited. With this kit, we were able to perform amplification using versatile enzymes (except for inhibitors like melanin and polysaccharide. BSA is contained?).

- Using extracted DNA as a template, we performed typing PCR with three primer sets but none of them went well: resulting in non-specific bands different from expected bands or no bands at all. Too many bacteria (1 x 106 cells/100 uL extraction kit) may have been used for extraction. However, we had a good result of the PCR above with DNA extracted in another method. We therefore haven’t optimized the conditions.
As the DNA extraction procedure was easy, if we find the optimum conditions, we may use it in the future.

- We varied the number of bacterial cells between 1 x 107 and 5 x 108 and we were able to detect DNA from 1/5 of 5 x 107 using agarose gel stained by Midori Green Xtra. We were able to extract DNA without damage.
Yeasts

- We use the kit for simplified purification of genomic DNA of basidiomycetous yeast (to use as a template for PCR). Some fungi are not amplified by direct PCR from colonies in agar media but PCR works if DNA is extracted using this kit. There are no yeasts that we haven’t been able to extract DNA from.
- We would like to use it when we need to prepare many extracts.
