KANEKA Microbial DNA Extraction Reagent
KANEKA Microbial DNA Extraction Reagent is a kit to extract a template DNA from microorganisms that can be used in a nucleic acid amplification technique, such as PCR or real-time PCR, in about 10 minutes.
We recommend the use of this product for DNA extraction with our KANEKA DNA Chromatography MABC/erm (41).
- The proprietary technology enables the extraction of DNA in only about 10 minutes of incubation, without the need for spin column purification or centrifugation.
- The kit consists of two reagents and can be stored at 2°C to 30°C.
- Applicable specimens: Culture medium grown on liquid medium or colonies grown on solid medium.
・A culture medium equivalent to McFarland No. 0.5 to 1.
・Bacterial suspensions of colonies prepared in sterile distilled water to a concentration equivalent to McFarland No. 0.5 to 1.
