Usage examples
DNA extraction from knockout mouse samples (tails)
- Extract DNA from the tails of wildling and knockout mice using Kaneka Easy DNA Extraction Kit version 2 (it takes about 10 minutes).
- Amplify by PCR.
- Using electrophoresis, check whether DNA of wildling and knockout genes of the mice is amplified (image on the right).
