Usage examples

DNA extraction from knockout mouse samples (tails)

  1. Extract DNA from the tails of wildling and knockout mice using Kaneka Easy DNA Extraction Kit version 2 (it takes about 10 minutes).
  2. Amplify by PCR.
  3. Using electrophoresis, check whether DNA of wildling and knockout genes of the mice is amplified (image on the right).
