Comment: DNA was extracted rapidly, which led to greater efficiency.
Lettuce roots
Result: DNA was extracted.
Comment: We extracted DNA from the roots of lettuce infected with a pathogen and amplified DNA of the pathogen using real-time PCR.
Fruit bodies of ascomycete, feeder roots of trees, mosses, and ornamental foliage plants
Result: DNA was extracted.
Comment: We were able to prepare DNA templates and perform PCR amplification easily using the kit together with micro-pestles.
