Gastrointestinal epithelial cells of silkworm moths
Result: DNA was extracted.
Comment: The operation was simple and easy and DNA was extracted quickly. There was not much difference in the purity of DNA samples between this kit and other makers’ kits.
Dragonfly legs
Result: DNA was extracted.
Comment: Compared with the kits we used before, this kit required few steps of operation and extraction was fast and reliable.
Insects
Result: DNA was extracted.
Comment: We were able to extract DNA more quickly than we did with the kit we usually used.
